Technical and professional development with mentoring A world-leading Saudi multinational company supplying engineering plastics has 1 opening for a Process Engineering Internship. **Responsibilities** * Support monitoring of polymer extrusion production processes; * Collect, analyze, and organize process data and performance indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, etc.); * Support continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization projects; * Assist in developing and updating operational procedures and work instructions; * Interface with departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering; * Support root cause analysis and corrective actions; * Participate in real manufacturing projects (productivity enhancement, cost reduction, equipment sizing and installation); * Technical and professional development with mentoring from engineers. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Production, or related fields); * Intermediate proficiency in Excel; * Intermediate proficiency in English; * Preferred: Basic knowledge of extrusion processes; * Familiarity with industrial performance indicators (OEE, yield, scrap); * Analytical mindset, organized, team-oriented, and proactive. **Compensation/Benefits** * Internship allowance: R$ 17.35/h; * On-site meal; * Transportation allowance/Chartered transportation (Campinas, Sumaré, Hortolândia, and Barão Geraldo regions); * WellHub (formerly Gympass); * Medical assistance.
