Functional monitoring, attendance tracking, and document management **Human Resources Analyst** **Job Type**: Fully On-site (CLT) **Location**: Jd Águia da Castello, Boituva \- SP **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Education Requirement**: Completed high school; technical course in Human Resources or People Management preferred. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (retail experience preferred); * Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis; * Experience in personnel administration routines (attendance, payroll, hiring/terminations); employee onboarding; climate surveys and training programs; * Familiarity with HR systems (CRM and ATS for recruitment, and payroll systems such as LG, TOTVS, ADP; CRM and ATS); * Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT, INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. ***Objective***: * Work in the Human Resources area, performing operational activities that ensure efficiency in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees, while also supporting benefits administration and internal communication—contributing to a collaborative and productive workplace, and ensuring harmonious coexistence and well-being for all employees.
