Interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Requirements: Proven experience as a mason. Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. Proficiency in masonry, plastering, and laying techniques. Knowledge of occupational safety standards. Completion of elementary education. Skills: Proficiency in using civil construction tools and equipment. Ability to work in a team. Attention to detail and precision in task execution. Strong communication skills.
