Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams **Mason (Focus on Airports and Other Environments)** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Mason** to perform construction and maintenance services, primarily in airport environments but also in other related locations. The professional will be responsible for executing construction, repair, and finishing tasks, ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, concrete work, plastering, and installation of floors and claddings. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of civil structures. * Support the installation and repair of walls, floors, sidewalks, and other structural elements. * Prioritize reading and interpreting construction drawings in daily activities. * Support construction execution in both internal and external areas of the airport. * Comply with technical and safety standards, adhering to airport and industrial protocols. * Perform other duties pertinent to the mason role. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a technical course in building construction is considered an advantage). * Prior experience as a mason is desirable. * Basic knowledge of construction drawing interpretation and construction techniques is an advantage. * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Desired Competencies:** * Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Benefits Offered:** * Market-competitive salary. * Transportation allowance and meal voucher. * Health insurance after the probationary period.
