Job Summary: A multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment, building infrastructure, and refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Corrective and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines and equipment 2. Continuous improvement of equipment to increase productivity 3. Compliance with maintenance standards ISO 9001/TS/IATF Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, equipment, and assembly and machining devices; * Perform maintenance on mold hot-runner systems, temperature controllers, peripherals, and manipulators; * Carry out maintenance related to civil construction and the company's entire infrastructure; * Perform maintenance on refrigeration and air circulation systems, compressors, cooling towers, generators, and fire pump systems; * Maintain contact with external suppliers; * Manage spare parts inventory for the area; * Implement equipment improvements to enhance productivity; * Maintain maintenance standards in accordance with ISO 9001/2002 / TS/16949/IATF; * Perform TPM Level 2; * Ensure “6S” standards are upheld in the department and on repaired/corrected machines; * Keep preventive and predictive maintenance schedules up to date; * Ensure peripheral equipment meets production requirements; * Use personal protective equipment and report hazards or risks that may compromise the health and safety of all personnel.
