




Schedule: Night shift: 24 hours, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Early morning shift: 16 hours per week, from 11:10 PM to 7:30 AM **Description**: Responsible for food pre-preparation, organization, and production across various kitchen departments; the kitchen assistant works entirely under the supervision of the head chef and sous chef.
