Focus on hygiene and food safety Job Description: * Assist in food pre-preparation, preparation, and processing. * Clean and cut ingredients according to the chef's instructions. * Organize and clean the work area, kitchen utensils, and equipment. * Restock supplies and materials required for kitchen operations. * Assist in plating simple dishes and portions. * Strictly follow hygiene and food safety regulations. * Store food according to preservation standards. * Support the kitchen team in general activities. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Agility, responsibility, and good communication skills. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required.
