Reside in Palhoça and have access to bus lines reaching Passeio da Pedra Branca, preferably residing near the Pedra Branca neighborhood. Also have access to bus lines to Florianópolis (downtown), but preferably possess personal transportation. Main responsibilities: Covering absences, providing medical certificates, willingness to handle bus logistics between the mainland and the island, adherence to cleaning schedules, performing professional cleaning in indoor/outdoor areas, knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, teamwork, and following established instructions. Work location: Intermittent Cleaning Assistant. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break. Saturday, 07:00 to 11:00 (flexible timing according to the absentee’s shift schedule). Remuneration: R$ 7.51/hour. VA (R$ 27.29/day) + 20% hazard pay + Attendance bonus: 7%. Additional attitudes: Working hours will always be adjusted according to operational needs, aligned with the service post’s schedule requiring coverage for absences. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, mobility across cities in the Greater Florianópolis region, adaptability to any service post, helpfulness, attention to cleaning details, and proactivity.
