Lesaffre achieves an annual turnover of 2\.200 million euros. **Job Description** We are seeking a LATAM Safety Coordinator to support the QHSE Manager in implementing Lesaffre Group’s Safety Policy across the LATAM region. The professional will serve as the bridge between the corporate team and local units, coordinating actions to promote safety culture and the goal of zero accidents. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate regional safety communication and promote the exchange of best practices, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. * Organize and facilitate regional safety events and meetings (e.g., safety days, workshops). * Conduct audits and diagnostics at LATAM units following Group protocols. * Develop and apply Group safety standards and minimum requirements across subsidiaries. * Monitor safety indicators (KPIs) and track action plans. * Temporarily support units without a dedicated safety officer in operational safety activities. * Implement common tools (e.g., BBS and inspections, among others). * Frequent travel to LATAM sites (approximately 50% to 70% of time). **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field. A specialization or Master’s degree in Health and Safety is a plus. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience coordinating safety in an industrial environment; multi-site experience preferred; food production experience is highly desirable. * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and OSHA practices. * Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and e-learning platforms. * Languages: Advanced Portuguese and Spanish; Advanced English (technical communication, reporting, and training). * Behavioral skills: ability to persuade and engage, pragmatism, adaptability, focus on internal customers, rigor in tracking action plans.
