Communication skills and Office suite proficiency **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service, addressing inquiries about SAMSUNG products, data transfer to new devices, preliminary analysis of defective devices, and other related tasks. **SKILLS AND PROFILE:** * Excellent Portuguese (spoken and written), * Basic knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel) * Must reside in Piracicaba. **COMPENSATION:** Meal voucher or food allowance of BRL 400.00 (per month) \+ Transportation voucher or fuel allowance proportional to the mode of transportation used. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM\.
