How about becoming part of our team?**Location:** Brazil (BR) \- São Paulo \- Indaiatuba **Function:** Accounting / Finance **Title:** Treasury Manager \- Indaiatuba/SP \- 120404 As a Treasury Manager at John Deere, based at the Indaiatuba/SP facility, you will be responsible for managing the forecasted and actual cash flow of John Deere’s operations in Brazil and Mexico, risk management, funding execution, banking relationships, development of contingency plans, capital structure management, and leadership of treasury projects. Additionally, you will drive cost reduction, automation, and innovation initiatives, and support the integration and centralization of new business units. You will also be responsible for accounting close activities and intercompany controls, as well as reviewing internal controls and supporting internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Define cash flow forecasting and actual cash flow strategy to ensure liquidity; * Define and monitor risk management; * Manage activities related to capital structure; * Execute funding plans and manage banking relationships; * Maintain effective internal controls and support internal and external audits; * Lead implementation of treasury projects broadly; * Participate in meetings with banks and regulatory bodies for negotiations and alignment; * Propose alternatives and foster creation of cost reduction, automation, and innovation projects; * Coordinate integration/centralization processes for new business units; * Coordinate accounting close activities, intercompany transactions, reporting, and reconciliations; * Lead a team of analysts and technical development; * Reassess and propose updates to corporate governance policies, with emphasis on fraud prevention measures; * Provide advisory and guidance to business areas, and support finance and controller teams in implementing projects and navigating regulatory environments. **Skills You Need** -------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced English: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, ability to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training; * Advanced Spanish: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, ability to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training; * Knowledge of financial analysis and investment decision-making; * Familiarity with banking products and understanding of the national financial system’s regulatory environment. **What Makes You Stand Out** ---------------------- * Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and automation tools; * Experience in complex financial analysis; * Knowledge of Oracle, Blackline, and similar systems; * Project management experience; * Experience in the Finance area within a manufacturing company. ### **Our Main Benefits** * Variable compensation * Health Insurance * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Vision Care Benefit * Vaccination reimbursement * Corporate University * TotalPass * Depending on the location, on\-site cafeteria, meal voucher, or food allowance * Pharmacy assistance * And more ### **Our Recruitment Process** The selection process begins with your application.
