Direct communication with freight carriers A supplier of hospital products is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Receive, pick, store, and ship products. Conduct inventory verification and organization, as well as cleaning of storage areas. Register orders in the system, issue invoices, and monitor documentation. Complete and track reports and spreadsheets related to inventory control and movement. Maintain direct communication with freight carriers for freight negotiation and monitoring. Adhere to commercial terms and ensure delivery deadlines are met. Operate forklifts for cargo handling, provided the candidate has proper training and certification.
