With a focus on valuing human capital, it aims to connect talents with the right opportunities in the job market. **Responsibilities:** Train new employees on the company's systems, ensuring correct use of tools. Deliver in-person and online training to customers according to the contracted scope. Read and interpret public notices to complete the system parameterization checklist. Perform necessary system parameterization for training delivery. Maintain direct contact with customers to clarify doubts, align operational matters, and provide support during training and implementation activities. Update and track schedules, internal controls, and visit agendas. Monitor implementation progress, identifying pending items, inconsistencies, and operational adjustment needs. Support delivery quality and customer satisfaction through accurate execution of training and configurations. Record relevant operational information regarding customers, training sessions, and implementation status. Prepare periodic reports for analysts and leadership, consolidating information on customers, training sessions, and implementation status. Monitor process deadlines and stages, flagging potential delays and the need for replanning. Support the organization and standardization of Technical Release area workflows, suggesting improvements based on operational experience and feedback collected during training and support activities.
