Customer Success CITY(IES) OF OPERATION: Campinas/SP Salary: R$2800.00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Life Insurance Career Development Plan Day\-off Medical Plan RESPONSIBILITIES: * Guide the customer journey, advising on accounting processes and services, and ensuring a positive, consultative experience. * Monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action to ensure value delivery, customer retention, and loyalty. * Oversee internal processes, validate information, and guide involved team members in customer service to ensure quality and alignment in deliverables. \*REQUIREMENTS\*: * Reside in Campinas, with easy access to the Ouro Verde area; * Experience in customer success, client success, commercial assistant, customer service, business specialist, or business consultant roles WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 Payment: R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * In which city do you reside?
