Account Development Officer at BairesDev In this role, you'll be responsible for running both recurring and ad hoc support processes, ensuring each account is properly tracked, key stakeholders are engaged, and playbooks are executed effectively in coordination with the Account Managers. What You'll Do: * Manage calendar audits, log meetings, analyze Gong transcripts, and maintain internal updates. * Track and manage POs, SOWs, and KPIs. * Run weekly and monthly tasks including referral updates, C\-suite reports, and ticket follow\-ups. * Create tasks in Account Cockpit to prompt Account Manager action. * Leverage AI to automate account intelligence and other tasks. What we are looking for: * 4\+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations Analyst, or Account Management. * Strong attention to detail and organization skills. * Advanced proficiency in English.
