If you identify with this profile and are interested in joining us, **please complete the form below** and await contact from our HR department. #### **IT Assistant** **Position:** IT Assistant **Work Location:** Tubarão/SC **This position is also open to PWD – Persons with Disabilities** **Job Responsibilities** Provide support to various departments in using internal systems; Analyze requirements and perform or request maintenance on integration routines among the company's internal systems; Conduct training for internal users; Handle IT department requests, including network, firewall, and Active Directory configuration, among others; Request necessary maintenance on internal software from system vendors. **Education** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. **Knowledge** Microcomputer maintenance (assembly and replacement of boards and components); Computer network operation; Installation and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems; Basic database knowledge; PostgreSQL is a plus. **Skills** SQL language; Proficiency in at least one programming language; Experience in implementing or supporting an ERP system. **Competencies** Analytical ability; Organization; Concentration; Attention to detail.
