




Main Activities: Assist in cutting, deboning, cleaning, and preparing meats under the supervision of the butcher; Separate, package, label, and organize meats for display and sale; Serve customers at the counter, providing support in product selection; Restock products on shelves and refrigerated display cases; Assist in the sanitation of equipment, utensils, and work environment; Follow food safety regulations and good meat handling practices; Support in monitoring expiration dates and quality of displayed products. Requirements: Completed elementary education; Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene; Efficiency, responsibility, and attention to detail; Ability to work in a team and interact with the public.
