




**Description: About the position:** Strengthen Real Hospital Português’s digital presence on LinkedIn—both on its Company Page and on the profiles of its senior leadership—ensuring strategic communication aligned with the institution’s identity, market best practices, and institutional planning. Work with critical thinking, outstanding writing skills, and mastery of metrics to transform these profiles into reference channels for influence and engagement within the healthcare sector. **Key responsibilities:** Plan, create, and manage strategic content for executives’ profiles and the Company Page on LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with institutional positioning. Write high-level texts with clear, engaging, and audience-tailored narratives (employees, partners, healthcare community, industry). Produce and/or curate photos and images for publications. Monitor metrics and conduct periodic reviews to improve performance indicators as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for executives to align on requirements and deadlines—proposing communication strategies and content tailored to each executive’s profile and the company page. Develop an editorial calendar and manage the content pipeline, ensuring consistent rhythm, quality, and coherence. Monitor performance metrics and indicators (reach, engagement, follower growth, benchmarking), providing analyses and recommendations to support decision-making. Identify strategic opportunities for executives’ participation in relevant LinkedIn topics, trends, and conversations. Support the Communications and Organizational Culture team in integrating executives’ digital strategy with institutional campaigns. Continuously update knowledge of digital communications best practices, LinkedIn algorithms, and emerging trends. Propose improvements and content for new projects based on market best practices. Provide technical support to the Communications and Organizational Culture team, ensuring alignment and productivity. **Mandatory requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related areas. Experience in communication projects and change management initiatives. Proficiency in writing and storytelling applied to digital environments. Proven experience managing corporate digital communications and/or social media. Solid experience producing content and developing metric-driven strategies for LinkedIn content. Experience managing direct relationships with executives and senior leadership. Advanced Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel and PowerPoint—as well as Teams and SharePoint. Project management tools (Planner, Asana, etc.). Tools, best practices, and monitoring techniques for corporate LinkedIn publishing—including posts, interactions, and SAC 2.0. Planning and execution of institutional campaigns. Proficiency in writing and storytelling applied to digital environments. **Desirable qualifications (differentiators):** Experience or knowledge of the healthcare sector.
