Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service and screening, proposal issuance, sales representative support, and generation of commercial department managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Handle and screen customer contacts, keeping data up to date. 2. Issue and monitor commercial proposals and provide sales support. 3. Generate managerial reports and complete area-specific KPIs. A national company based in Imbituba/SC, manufacturing food industry ingredients such as seasoning blends and shelf-life extenders for processed products, certified under FSSC 22000 and serving the entire Brazilian territory, is seeking a professional to expand its commercial team. ***COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT*** ***Prerequisites*** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Basic Excel skills; Relevant work experience. ***Responsibilities*** Handle customers and screen contacts via the platform; Register customers and maintain updated data; Issue and validate commercial proposals; Complete and monitor proposals on customers’ electronic portals; Follow up on proposals; Support sales representatives; Generate managerial reports and complete area-specific KPIs. ***Benefits*** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00.
