Distribution Supervisor

Description

* High school diploma required. A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or Transportation is a plus; * Experience managing driver teams; * Prior experience in logistics supervision or distribution; * Knowledge of transportation operations, route planning, and fleet management; * Experience with logistics KPIs and operational management;**Responsibilities:** * Supervise distribution, dispatch, and freight transportation operations; * Ensure on-time delivery, effective route planning, and operational performance; * Plan daily distribution, pickup, and delivery operations; * Manage driver and administrative assistant teams, monitoring productivity and discipline; * Monitor routes, deadlines, and operational efficiency, addressing deviations; * Control transportation documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e, waybills); * Direct interface with customers to resolve incidents and ensure SLA compliance; * Track performance indicators (OTIF, cost per trip, absenteeism); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic legislation; * Monitor service level (SLA) and satisfaction of internal and external customers; * Address operational incidents, damages, returns, and delays; * Develop and monitor the operational team, promoting alignment and high performance; * Collaborate with departments such as warehouse, transportation, sales, and customer service. **Requirements:** * High school diploma required \- A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or Transportation is a plus; * Experience managing driver teams; * Prior experience in logistics supervision or distribution; * Knowledge of transportation operations, route planning, and fleet management; * Experience with logistics KPIs and operational management; * ERP/WMS/TMS systems knowledge and fleet tracking systems are desirable; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Transportation documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e); Knowledge of road transportation regulations (ANTT).
