Lead, develop, and engage the team by conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and delivering training. Monitor and analyze goals and performance metrics (sales, productivity, shrinkage, inventory). Ensure customer service excellence and a positive shopping experience. Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support administrative tasks. Resolve daily operational conflicts and requests. Maintain store organization, inventory, and compliance with internal policies. Requirements: \* Experience as a Store Manager or in leadership roles within retail. \* Experience in people management and goal tracking. \* Strategic, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. \* Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capability. \* Flexible working hours. \* Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus).
