**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the load plan to meet customer demand; * Monitor execution of the load plan, ensure compliance throughout the day, and track loading/unloading activities to promptly report any process deviations that may impact service delivery; * Analyze and validate transit time and internal time; justify excessive transit and loading/unloading times; verify data accuracy and report performance indicators to the client daily; * Monitor drivers’ working hours to minimize overtime and inter-shift violations; * Team management; * Planning and organizing operational requirements; * Driver and fleet management; * Supervision/analysis of departmental KPIs; **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Prior experience in transportation is a plus.
