This professional performs essential functions to ensure the workplace meets appropriate standards of hygiene, safety, and organization, contributing to smooth operational performance. * Clean and maintain internal and external areas of the operational base, including rest rooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, courtyards, and parking areas; * Clean and organize equipment and materials used at the base; * Perform proper waste collection and disposal in accordance with environmental and safety regulations; * Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and general-use materials at the base, replenishing as needed; * Wash floors, windows, furniture, and base equipment using appropriate products and tools; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of employee and user common and rest areas; * Assist in meal organization, if the base includes a cafeteria; * Support operational safety at the base by maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees; * Comply with safety regulations, using cleaning products and equipment correctly. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Elementary Education; Prior experience in cleaning services or similar activities is desirable. **Additional Information** On-site work at the highway base; Work Schedule: Shift-based (2x2\). Way\-153, spanning Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea, an investment management platform specialized in partnerships with Banco Itaú, with expertise across various business areas—including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way\-262 and Way\-364\. **Way\-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS\-306 S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS\-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at its junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of highway MS\-112 and segments of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned segment of BR\-158 extends from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the concession of BR\-262, covering the stretch beginning at kilometer 360\+100—the junction with BR\-381 in Betim—to kilometer 799—the junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way\-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG\-GO is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins at BR\-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO\-219\) to the GO/MG border; BR\-153/MG **–** from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR\-262\); BR\-262/MG **–** from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR\-050\) to the junction with BR\-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way\-364 \-** Concessionária da Rodovia BR\-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed responsibility for 30 years for administration, recovery, preservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. The federal concession is a project implemented across Mato Grosso and Goiás States, encompassing Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the state’s second-largest GDP. Rondonópolis lies at the junction of BR\-163 and BR\-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and ports across Brazil. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
