Apply now to experience a cup of extraordinary moments for your career. **UNLOCK YOUR POSSIBILITIES!** Learn more at: EXPLORE OPPORTUNITIES \| JDE Careers \- Internal **Job Description** * Operate material handling equipment—including front-end forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks—according to applicable training and established parameters, supplying pallets to operational areas and performing other related duties to meet production demand and ensure production continuity. * Maintain material handling equipment under your responsibility; seek maintenance assistance promptly if operational difficulties arise, eliminating issues that could impair equipment productivity or compromise operational safety. * Follow safety regulations set by the facility and competent authorities when filling silos and feeding the production line according to reported requirements. * Move damaged bags and pallets to designated locations, preventing their use while damaged. * Perform tasks on the palletizer when required at the facility and per appropriate training, covering rest periods during the shift to ensure production demand is met and production continuity is maintained. * Supply silos with biomass at the Piumhi facility using forklifts to collect biomass stored in designated areas and feed hoppers that supply hot-air furnaces used in roasting raw coffee, thereby ensuring continuous furnace operation, which generates the hot air essential for roasting raw coffee. * Perform manual tasks related to unloading raw coffee from trucks when required at the facility, following pre-established procedures and using appropriate equipment. **Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Prior experience in this area or a similar role is desirable **Additional Information** We offer a flexible benefits program that allows you to customize your benefits based on your life stage and lifestyle. **We also offer:** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Gympass; * On-site Factory Restaurant; * Meal Voucher; * Product Discounts; * Well-being Program; * Grãos do Futuro Program (comprehensive assistance and extended leave for expectant and adoptive families); * Pet Health Plan; **Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Statement** At JDE Peet's, our purpose is to create a better future—one where we serve, reflect, and embrace everyone in their authenticity.
