Responsible for scheduling upcoming shifts, implementing necessary adjustments aligned with the established weekly schedule, ensuring operational continuity and strategic alignment. Acts based on operational and safety priorities, responding to integrated demands from transportation, mining, mine development, infrastructure, and maintenance areas. Acts as short-term operational leader of the shift at the Control Center, promoting effective integration across disciplines and ensuring operational fluidity and maximization of overall results. Continuously monitors operational performance, identifies real-time deviations, implements immediate course corrections, and leverages opportunities for anticipation and productivity gains—all while respecting the operation’s strategic directives.
