Employment Type: CLT | Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:30 What You’ll Do Here:* Technically lead accounting processes, ensuring compliance with national and international standards (IFRS, LALUR). * Validate the accounting ledger and IRPJ/CSLL calculations. * Prepare financial statements and strategic reports. * Participate in meetings with clients, audits, and stakeholders. * Mentor mid-level and junior analysts, fostering technical and behavioral development. * Work on continuous improvement and accounting transformation projects. * Implement accounting systems and methodologies (TOTVS, SAP, Mega). What We’re Looking For:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or related courses preferred. * Solid experience as an accounting analyst. * Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. * Knowledge of tax calculations under the Real Profit regime. * Collaborative profile with strong analytical capabilities.
