Support for preparing reports and performance indicators Responsible for providing support to operational planning and production control activities, ensuring data updates and verification of information in the ERP system and other departmental systems. Acts as support to analysts and supervision teams, ensuring proper flow of data and documents related to production scheduling. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update data and records in the ERP and Weekly/PQP systems, including standard times, tooling quantities, and product additions; * Manage production documents and reports, ensuring organization and traceability; * Support preparation of reports, performance charts, and updating of indicators; * Assist analysts with production scheduling, sequencing, and control; * Perform administrative tasks related to the planning department; * Conduct physical inspections of production process stages; * Generate daily production efficiency reports and trigger the support chain in case of deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (TOTVS preferred); * Basic understanding of production processes and industrial workflows; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Preferred: Prior experience in administrative routines within the production area; * **Availability for the following shift:** **14:48 to 23:24 (Monday to Saturday).** Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, at every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
