Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams **Job Mission:** Lead the application of artificial intelligence across the entire product and digital solutions development lifecycle, serving as the bridge between technology and business—identifying opportunities, conducting tests, and implementing AI solutions that deliver tangible impact. Identify and implement AI opportunities (including generative AI) in products and processes; Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot projects, validating value and feasibility; Integrate AI models and APIs into existing systems; Work side-by-side with product, engineering, and business teams; Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in data and AI usage. **What We’re Looking For:** Experience in software development and AI/ML integration; Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems; Proficiency with AI frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock); Strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and innovative profile. **Nice-to-Have:** Experience managing AI projects; Certifications in AI, data science, or cloud platforms.
