Description: * Specialization/MBA (in progress): Business Management, Financial Management, or related fields; * 4 years of experience in the administrative area of a branch or equivalent market experience; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * National Financial System; * Legislation governing financial flows; * Cooperative legislation; * Broad business perspective; * People management; * Critical thinking; * Facilitator/educator; * Focus on members. * Manage processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, requesting and monitoring enhancements with the Administrative Headquarters; * Monitor the branch’s service channels to ensure efficiency and optimal service delivery to members, proposing strategies to improve results. Ensure the team facilitates interaction with digital solutions, promoting a positive user experience; * Promote, mediate, and facilitate necessary transformations within the cooperative; * Monitor and track key performance indicators: branch performance, strategic objectives, portfolio growth, digital platform usage, among others; * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, projects, and actions aimed at expanding business volume while maintaining quality, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of branch operations; * Provide technical guidance and identify training needs for branch staff; * Support and monitor Treasury, Cashier, and Administrative functions (where applicable), ensuring operational security and financial control at the branch, and directing activities toward digital channels; * Support and promote, jointly with the Branch Manager, risk management related to operations and financial transactions, as well as monitoring branch efficiency; * Serve members and non-members across the branch premises and other service channels, assisting with inquiries and transactions. Receive service requests and resolve them directly or redirect members to the channel—physical or digital—that delivers the best service experience; * Foster the development of individual and collective behavioral and technical competencies among branch staff.
