




Position: Recruitment and Selection Intern * On-site * Schedule: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. * Stipend: R$ 1,100.00 We are seeking two interns—one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift—who are proactive, communicative, and organized to work in the Recruitment and Selection area. A great opportunity for those wishing to develop HR skills and experience all stages of the talent attraction and selection process. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in job posting and resume screening; * Schedule interviews and support candidate communications; * Participate in online and on-site interviews; * Organize tracking spreadsheets and reports; * Update and maintain the talent database; * Contribute to the progress of selection processes and support team goals. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources/People Management, Law, Social Communication/Advertising/Journalism, Pedagogy, or Technology-related fields (Information Systems / Computer Science); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn; * Familiarity with digital tools (Google Forms, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, job platforms); * Availability to work in a hybrid model. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in recruitment and selection (including internships); * Ability to conduct interviews and interact effectively with candidates; * Interest in building a career in HR or consulting.
