Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Coordinator with strong experience in accounting firms, active leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to coordinate teams and optimize tax processes. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Location: Contagem/MG – 100% on-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM Employment Type: CLT \- Salary: To be negotiated LP Consultoria is supporting ADNA Contabilidade, an accounting firm located in Contagem/MG, in hiring a Tax Coordinator for full-time, 100% on-site work, requiring substantial experience in accounting firms, active leadership, and a continuous improvement orientation. **Responsibilities** Coordinate and lead the tax department team; Ensure correct execution of tax routines and ancillary obligations; Participate in validation, verification, and monitoring of tax submissions; Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements; Directly resolve technical issues with clients; Train, guide, and develop the team at technical, tactical, and operational levels; Ensure strict compliance with legal and internal deadlines. **Requirements** Proven experience in accounting firms (mandatory requirement); Solid experience in tax routines and ancillary obligations; Experience in team management and development; Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields.
