Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Job Mission** You will join our Salesforce team, translating business needs into robust solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Understanding business needs across supported areas to design solutions aligned with objectives, automate, and improve processes; * Configuring and managing automations in Automation Studio and Journey Builder, including data ingestion, transformation, and delivery routines; * Managing and manipulating data using advanced SQL, working with Data Extensions and complex datasets; * Integrating via REST and SOAP APIs, connecting Marketing Cloud to external systems such as CRMs and web platforms; * Collaborating with CRM, Marketing, Data, and other IT teams to enhance customer interactions; * Documenting developed solutions; * Ensuring platform governance by applying best practices. **What We Are Looking For** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Availability to work onsite; * Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with proficiency in Journey Builder and Automation Studio (API Events, Custom Activities, etc); * Solid experience with SSJS, SQL, and API integrations; * Knowledge of AMPscript/SQL/HTML/CSS; * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams. **Desirable:** * Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer certification; * Knowledge of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization; * Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Connect; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of AWS S3. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher; * Health and dental plans; * Life insurance; * Birthday day\-off; * Baby On Board program and nursing room; * Extended parental leave; * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities; * Wellhub and Inter Running Group; * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini golf course; * Benefits in our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet; * Inter Prime Card; * Internal training and development programs. **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
