Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as an** **ASSISTANT MEDICAL PROFESSOR I – ORGANIC SYSTEMS AND MEDICAL PRACTICES (SOP) III – CANINDÉ – IDOMED** **are:** * Serve as the primary agent for implementing our institutions’ pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process and fully delivering the course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—and continuously stimulating students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilize available teaching materials and encourage students to consult bibliographic resources—including textbooks and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meet deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfill requests from your respective course coordinator; * Record student attendance, lesson content, academic activity outcomes, and other curriculum-related information via an electronic gradebook, within timelines specified in the academic calendar; * Support preparatory activities for the National Student Performance Exam (ENADE); * Advise students on their undergraduate thesis projects; * Apply active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model when delivering lectures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Qualifications: **MEDICAL RESIDENCY, MASTER’S DEGREE, AND/OR DOCTORATE;** * Mandatory undergraduate degree/specialization in: **MEDICINE;** * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject matter; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * A current Lattes CV is mandatory—this is one of the elimination criteria.
