Description
About the position:
* Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and installations, as well as maintain basic equipment conditions, seeking improvements to increase efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
* Perform tasks according to maintenance orders, following the priority established in the schedule;
* Follow the electrical installation checklist to ensure activities are carried out safely and in compliance with technical standards;
* Join and cut metal alloy parts using welding and cutting processes for fabrication, assembly, threading, and platforms;
* Perform maintenance on various types of pumps (centrifugal, pneumatic, and helical);
* Organize and maintain equipment manuals and spreadsheets in good condition;
* Record performed services in the Totvs system;
* Identify material requirements to be registered in inventory and purchased for routine activities;
* Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on machines, including configuration of frequency inverters and soft starters;
* Machine parts and equipment using lathes, milling machines, and grinders to adjust dimensions, shape, and finish;
* Provide technical support and assistance to third-party companies performing services;
* Participate in predictive maintenance activities;
Mandatory requirements:
* Electromechanical Technician, Industrial Mechanics Technician, or related field;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role.
Desirable requirements (advantage):
* Knowledge of PCM;
* Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment;
* Basic computer skills;
* Familiarity with welding;
* Knowledge of the Totvs system.

Work schedule and hours:
* Availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday.
