WHAT DOES AN APPRENTICE DO? The program enables work across various departments, focusing on administrative routines. Below are some activities: * Customer service; * Organizing documents and information; * Procuring materials; * Archiving documents, classifying them according to appropriate criteria for storage and preservation; * Providing switchboard services, updating databases, and preparing statistics; * Assisting with administrative tasks across various departments. PREREQUISITES: * Age between 15 and 18 years; * Initiative, problem-solving ability, and proactivity; * Basic computer skills; * Completion of or enrollment in high school.
