We are entering a new phase in Marketing and are looking for a results-oriented, solution-driven professional who resonates with our values to join us as a **CONTENT ANALYST**, supporting the diverse businesses within our corporate group. **Job Mission:** Ensure the brand’s strategic, consistent, and aligned presence across digital channels, maintaining coherence with institutional positioning and directly contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute content marketing initiatives per the marketing plan. * Develop monthly editorial calendars and create content (texts, images, videos, and interactive formats) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc. * Develop and organize the editorial calendar (posts, stories, and campaigns). * Ensure content aligns with brand identity, commercial context, and customer journey. * Publish content and monitor delivery deadlines. * Manage customer service and engagement (SAC 2.0), monitoring interactions and brand mentions. * Monitor digital trends and conduct competitor benchmarking. * Analyze organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, audience growth). * Prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations. * Support Sales and Customer Success teams with feedback from the digital community. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Technical Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. * Creative and strategic copywriting and storytelling for social media. * Content planning and editorial calendar management. * Knowledge of customer journey and content marketing. * Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. * Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, mLabs, and Etus. * Digital relationship management (SAC 2.0). * Analysis of organic content metrics. * Basic knowledge of SEO for social media. * Familiarity with Photoshop and design tools. * Video editing experience (a plus). **Additional Information** **Work Model:** On-site – CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal/Voucher allowance * Health insurance (Unimed Multiplan) * Dental insurance * Partnerships with educational institutions and Sesc * Life insurance * Partnership with Labirinto (Mental Health) We are more than 200 professionals working across a group of companies with a global vision, future-oriented strategies, and united by a shared commitment to excellence.
