The **Urban Microcredit Agent** works within the Microfinance team and is tasked with capturing and retaining potential customers by advising them on their businesses in compliance with policy, conducting analyses, granting credit, and performing other duties within the scope of the role. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO**! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct collection of overdue receivables according to the established methodology; Advise clients in your portfolio and verify how granted credit is being applied; Develop an action plan for operational routines related to your client portfolio, aligned with established targets; Engage with clients, following the methodological steps defined by the Microfinance Program; Gather economic and financial information regarding clients’ business activities at their workplace to assess credit eligibility; Process credit applications by visiting potential clients and informing them about the credit proposal submission process, per policy and procedure manuals; Conduct promotional activities and informative lectures on microfinance products and other events aimed at acquiring new clients and retaining active ones; And other tasks relevant to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Legal age (18 years or older); Education: Completed high school; Willingness to travel between municipalities; Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Experience in sales, negotiation, collections, and customer service. **Additional Information** **Salary:** Base salary of BRL 1,717.73; Variable compensation up to BRL 2,318.24; Bonus (details provided by HR during the selection process). **Benefits:** Training programs; Life insurance; Health insurance; Transportation allowance; Dental plan; Private pension plan; Partnership agreements with educational institutions; Wellness incentive program through Wellhub; Meal allowance and basic food basket allowance totaling BRL 1,507.24; Childcare/babysitter reimbursement for children up to 5 years and 11 months old—BRL 320.38 (fixed amount per child); Quality of Life Program (comprising subprograms supporting and caring for employees’ physical, emotional, and social health and well-being). **Workload:** 40 hours per week; **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: Daily reception of company visitors, identification of the purpose of their visit, verification of the availability of the person being visited for meetings, and directing them accordingly.
