Customer journey tracking Job Description We seek a communicative, organized professional focused on customer service to manage patient relationships and support the clinic’s administrative and sales operations. Main Responsibilities * Conduct sales via social media and direct customer interaction. * Provide customer/patient service and relationship management (in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone). * Track the customer journey before, during, and after procedures. * Confirm appointments and monitor no-shows. * Assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing support. * Support customer loyalty initiatives and enhance customer experience. * Organize customer service records and client information in the system. Requirements * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus). * Experience in customer service or front desk/reception roles. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and proactivity. * Proficiency with digital tools and WhatsApp. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
