Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise sanitation and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs, contracts, and established schedules; * Plan service scheduling together with immediate leadership, field teams, subcontracted companies, and suppliers; * Monitor achievement of productivity targets, quality standards, and defined deadlines; * Monitor proper application of materials, supplies, equipment, and tools according to technical specifications; * Control the use of productive resources, contributing to reduction of material, time, and cost waste; * Monitor and record physical measurements of completed work, supporting control and billing processes; * Analyze production reports, operational indicators, and site records, reporting information to immediate leadership; * Monitor non-conformities, supporting root cause identification and implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Supervise site organization, ensuring appropriate physical layout and safe working conditions; * Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment used on-site; * Provide technical guidance to internal teams, third parties, and service providers regarding productive activities; * Monitor compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations, interfacing with QSMS; * Monitor disposal of construction waste, ensuring compliance with current environmental legislation; * Support workforce and equipment sizing according to approved plans; * Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of construction personnel; * Identify training and development needs for teams, reporting them to immediate leadership. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Bachelor’s degree. **Fields:** Civil Engineering. * ️⃣ Experience supervising basic sanitation and/or infrastructure construction projects; * ️⃣ Technical knowledge applied to construction execution, construction methods, and field routines; * ️⃣ Experience managing internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * ️⃣ Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations applicable to construction sites; * ️⃣ Willingness to primarily work on-site. Desirable Requirements * ️⃣ Experience in administrative construction site routines (costs, measurements, reports, and contracts); * ️⃣ Experience using construction management systems and operational controls; * ️⃣ Knowledge of production, cost, and operational performance indicators.
