Responsible for managing people, business, processes, and results at the Service Center, acting in identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions that attract new Members and strengthen the loyalty of the existing base, ensuring retention and achieving the expected results set by the Cooperative. **Responsibilities and duties** * Implement strategic planning actions from Credicomin, having direct responsibility for their efficiency and outcomes related to the Service Unit under management; * Manage teams to achieve results, functional engagement, and identification of innovative solutions, aiming to strengthen relationships between the Cooperative and its Members; * Lead the team through guidance and feedback, pursuing continuous improvement and development for everyone, as well as understanding and applying human resources management policies when managing the team; * Promote team engagement through closeness and transparent dialogue, involving the team in creating and implementing action plans to meet Credicomin’s strategic and performance goals; * Manage operational activities related to credit analysis, disbursement, collections, and overall results for Members, reviewing reports and closing business records to maintain better control over these activities; * Manage and participate in prospecting activities for new Members and new business through external visits, properly representing the Cooperative on all occasions; * Provide in-person service to Members upon request, strengthening relationships, offering Cooperative products and services, aiming for Member satisfaction and loyalty; * Maintain ongoing relationships with Members, local communities, and local business owners by participating in Credicomin events, visits, and initiatives; * Perform other job-related activities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Completed Postgraduate degree in Cooperative Management, Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Management in Cooperatives or financial institutions, Financial Management, or related areas; * Certification in: CPA 10, preferably CPA 20; * Skills in team and business management; * Skills/Knowledge in Strategic Planning – Human Resources Management – Business Management – Financial Mathematics – Computer Literacy – Money Laundering Prevention – Financial and Credit Products and Services – Financial Market – Process Management – DRE Analysis and financial statements – Banking Security and Confidentiality – Credit Analysis and Approval – Credit Recovery – Cooperativism. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Food Allowance; * Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Education Assistance; * Childcare Assistance; * Semi-annual PPR (Profit Sharing); * Presence Day (Day Off); and * Transportation Allowance.
