Our commitment is to deliver projects with quality, punctuality, and integrity, consistently aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in construction, repair, and maintenance tasks under the supervision of the responsible foreman. * Prepare and organize materials required for the job, such as reinforcement bars, wooden components, bricks, etc. * Clean and organize the worksite, maintaining safety and order. * Assist in assembling and disassembling formwork, metal structures, and scaffolding, as required. * Load and unload construction materials, and transport them to designated usage locations; * Ensure adherence to safety regulations during work, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the work team to foster a cooperative and efficient working environment. **Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately. * Commitment to deadlines and service quality. * Good physical stamina and endurance for manual and physically demanding tasks. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the company; * Life Insurance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Basic Food Basket awarded based on attendance.
