Job Summary: This position involves supporting leadership in task management, monitoring incidents, and providing general support to the field team, with emphasis on continuous development and learning. Teamwork and collaboration ### **Responsibilities** Support shift leaders in handling OS backlog, seeking updates from field personnel. Monitor critical and daily incidents, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions. Support staff and drive OS backlog resolution. Provide support to the field team. ### **Education** High school education currently in progress or completed. Diverse academic backgrounds accepted; all disciplines welcome. Currently pursuing technical education is a plus. Interest in learning and self-development. ### **Additional Requirements** Availability for 4 hours per day. Age between 14 and 23 years, as stipulated by law. Interest in emerging technologies.
