**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development, implementation, monitoring and review of the Risk Management Plan (PGR), including management of action plans and issuance of Work Orders in accordance with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Collaboration with the Rural Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), Fire Brigade, Annual Occupational Safety and Health Week (SIPAT), training sessions, drills, inspections, and follow-up on the Emergency Action Plan; * Accident analysis and investigation, system registration, management of corrective actions, and submission of the Work Accident Communication (CAT) as required by current legislation; * Control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms, field audits, mandatory legal training, system registration, and maintenance of up-to-date Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) information.
