Responsibilities and Duties * Operate tractors equipped with transfer implements to transport sugarcane from harvesting fronts to loading points (scale or loader). * Monitor and coordinate transfers with harvesters to optimize loading time. * Perform daily equipment check\-list before starting the shift. * Maintain and clean work equipment. * Immediately report any mechanical failure or system anomaly to the maintenance department. * Comply with occupational safety and environmental procedures. * Support the harvesting team with other field operational activities whenever necessary. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education. * Driver's license category B. * Prior experience operating tractors or agricultural equipment is a plus. * Availability to work shifts and in rural areas. * Must reside in Campo Florido. .
