If you enjoy solving problems and take initiative, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Providing **first-level support** * Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems, software, and applications; * Delivering remote and on-site support; * Handling hardware and software movement, replacement, and updates; * Providing home-office technical support for low-impact corrections or configurations. **Requirements:** * Experience installing software and maintaining computers, **even in a personal context**; * Proficiency with technology and user support; * Availability for **on-site work** in Ituiutaba/MG. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) ticketing tools; * Basic knowledge of networking or infrastructure.
