Description

Receive and guide the various individuals visiting the hospital, understand their needs, and direct them to the appropriate locations or personnel, aiming to triage/organize patient flow and contribute to institutional security. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive patients at the unit who will undergo examinations; * Register and schedule patients in the system; * File examinations and examination requests; * Guide customers to other departments; * Maintain an organized work area; * Perform other activities as needed or as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$ 1\.524,06 **Work Schedule:** 6x1 (works Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\. It began clinical operations on January 03, 2011, with gradual implementation, progressively increasing the number of beds available to Uberlândia’s public health network. To serve Uberlândia/MG’s population—estimated at approximately 600,000 people—at medium-complexity levels, HMMDOLC operates in full partnership with Uberlândia’s Municipal Health Department, focusing on supporting primary care units requiring secondary-level resolution, under a referral-based model for hospitalizations, outpatient care, and diagnostics.
