Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and controlling security camera footage to ensure surveillance and safety of the premises, recording and reporting incidents according to established procedures. Assist in incident analysis and investigation of occurrences **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Responsible for monitoring and controlling images captured by security cameras to ensure surveillance and safety of the monitored environment, recording and reporting incidents according to established procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor, in real time, footage captured by CCTV cameras installed at strategic locations. * Identify and report suspicious activities or abnormal events. * Ensure all camera systems and related devices are operational. * Record relevant events or security incidents in the logging and reporting system. * Maintain image quality and ensure all cameras are properly adjusted. * Proactively identify potential system failures and assist in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Manage recordings and store video files according to standards and procedures. * Provide support and detailed information to security departments or law enforcement in case of incidents. * Collaborate with the security team in incident analysis and investigation of occurrences. * Maintain constant communication with other operators or supervisors regarding the monitored situation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (technical training in security or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience operating CCTV systems or in security-related areas. * Knowledge of security camera systems, recording equipment, and dedicated monitoring software. * Ability to identify risk situations and take prompt action. * Attention to detail, constant vigilance, and ability to work under pressure. * Good communication skills and ability to report information clearly and objectively. * Basic computer literacy.
