Support the implementation of occupational safety policies We are looking for a professional committed to safety and prevention, who actively promotes a safe working environment, ensures regulatory compliance, and reduces risks in operations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct safety inspections in work areas and job sites; * Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective measures; * Deliver safety training, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and safety guidance; * Monitor operational activities to ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans; * Manage safety documentation and ensure regulatory compliance; * Support the implementation of occupational safety policies and procedures. ### **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Relevant experience (preferably in construction or industrial environments); * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial construction projects; * Familiarity with safety audits and safety performance indicators; * Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining safety controls; * Analytical, organized profile with a strong focus on prevention; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B).
