




Description: * Education: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in coordinating industrial maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, and civil); * Knowledge of cost management, maintenance indicators, and management systems; * Skills in personnel management, planning, and conducting training; * Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability to work in shifts; * Experience in the meat processing industry will be a differentiator. * Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance activities, ensuring execution with safety, quality, precision, and speed; * Monitor technological updates and suggest improvements in processes, machines, and equipment to optimize operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs; * Plan, provide, and encourage training related to maintenance, occupational safety, quality, and software usage to standardize and develop the team; * Define priorities for preventive and corrective maintenance, lubrication, parts supply, and services, as well as facilitate the implementation of new equipment to ensure continuous production flow; * Control and monitor maintenance costs, optimizing resources to reduce consumption of parts, services, fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and utilities (electricity, water, steam, compressed air), while maintaining quality and safety standards; * Develop budget forecasts for the maintenance department based on production managers' input, ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures. 2510140202261750908
