




Description: Responsible for executing and supporting HR processes, contributing to organizational development, employee well-being, and compliance with internal policies, engaging in recruitment and selection, training, personnel administration, organizational climate, benefits, and employee support activities. Responsibilities and duties Support Recruitment and Selection processes: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees; Execute Training and Development initiatives: logistics, management of mandatory trainings, effectiveness evaluation, and support for internal events; Manage benefits (transportation voucher, meal allowance, health insurance, etc.) and assist payroll, time tracking, and vacation routines as required by the HR team; Provide employee support and guidance regarding questions about processes, policies, and rights; Support organizational climate surveys and internal marketing initiatives; Prepare area reports and indicators (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.); Contribute to continuous process improvement and maintenance of organizational culture; Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and labor compliance practices. Ensure the custody, preservation, cleanliness, and safety of equipment, instruments, and tools specific to the job, as well as the workspaces. Perform the activities outlined for the position in alignment with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values.
